Resources
A few things we have built and shared for free: open-source tools for developers, and a UX design book for business owners who want their software to serve customers better. We make these for our own work first, then publish the ones we think other people will find useful. There are no sign-up walls and no trials that expire.
Open source
Two libraries we maintain on GitHub. Both came out of building software for clients, where we kept needing the same tool and decided to make it properly. Use them, fork them, open an issue.
Floop
An autonomous feedback loop for Laravel apps. Testers describe what they want in a floating widget; the widget captures every piece of context an AI agent needs to find and fix the code. Feedback in, fixes out. That is the floop.

Tart
A terminal UI toolkit for PHP console applications. Tart (Terminal Art for Artisan) turns plain Artisan output into branded, styled, readable interfaces. Terminal art for Artisan.
Books and guides
Practical writing for business owners, free to download. There's no theory for theory's sake here: everything came out of real work helping businesses serve their customers better.
The UX Sales Method: a free UX design book
A practical UX design book about improving customer experience and growing your business through better design. Seven chapters cover UX research, design principles, content, testing and optimisation, personalisation, and building a user-centred culture. If you want to improve customer experience without a consultant in the room, start here.
Want this kind of thinking applied to your software?
The tools and the book come from the same place as the work we do for clients. If you have a system that needs building or fixing, we are happy to talk it through.
